The Royal Bank's of Scotland's Group Communications team is responsible for managing employees' access to some of Scotland's greatest Golf Courses - including Gleneagles and Turnberry. Locating an available tee off time and managing the booking request/approval process (including liasing with one or more courses) was becoming very time consuming, and finding a method of automating the process was a necessity.

Heehaw's developers worked with Group Communications to devise an internal booking system that would manage requests and the responses from the Golf courses. The system streamlines a user's request by providing a different set of options depending on their requirements and the particulars of the Golf Estate - greatly reducing the amount of communication required. Approvals for tee off times are held centrally, so that all usage can be monitored.
The system has resulted in considerable time savings in the booking process.
