Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the biggest charities in the UK. The Cancer in the Workplace resource for employers was developed in partnership with The Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives.
Cancer in the Workplace is specifically designed to help employers, managers or someone who works in Occupational Health or Human Resources, to deal with the increasingly common situation of an employee who is diagnosed with cancer.
This resource comprises a DVD and a booklet guide. The DVD highlights, through powerful drama scenes, some of the potential situations that an employer may experience. There are 5 scenarios to watch, each highlighting different issues they may face.
