Induction and Recruitment DVD

OPERON is a Facilities Management, Design and Construction company with over 1000 employees. With clients and projects based all over the UK and Ireland they are a national and international company. The OPERON HQ is based in Leeds.

In 2009 we were commissioned to produce a film which highlights OPERON's varied client base, diverse job roles and wide-ranging areas of business. The 10 minute film features testimonials from NHS Trust and Ministry of Defense clients and current employees giving their own opinions on life at OPERON. Footage was shot all over the UK, showing the various OPERON locations and animated graphics complete the edit.

The film is predominantly a new recruitment tool but its interesting and engaging content makes it an ideal introduction to the company, their values and their people.
