The Tenancy DVD

A consortium of some of Scotland's most prominent housing associations and a housing co-op needed a DVD to give to tenants that would replace the laborious paperwork involved at the start of their tenancy.
By combining animation, film and photography, we created a unique product that has been shared all over the country, reching thousands of tenants. This clip is a 30 second advert, used by the consortium, to promote the DVD.
