ECB - Meeting Edinburgh Website

Project Description

MeetingEdinburgh.com is a dynamic database driven site that allows conference organisers to search for potential venues in Edinburgh, and narrow down their choices to a selection of suitable locations. Customers are put in contact with venue managers in the city via a shopping cart connected to a backend system that monitors all requests.

A bespoke system was built for the Edinburgh Convention Bureau to allow them to monitor and analyse all the data in the system, and to calculate the economic benefit of all conference activity in the City for any period.

Heehaw was appointed to perform a usability analysis of the old site, redesign the front end interface, and build the backend system.
